Privacy policy

Realtorsfy (CNPJ 00.000.000/0001-00), headquartered at Av. Brigadeiro Faria Lima, 0000, São Paulo/SP, operates the website and CMS platform for real estate agencies, and is the controller of the personal data of its subscribers and of visitors to this address.

For any matter involving personal data, our Data Protection Officer (DPO) is available at dpo@realtorsfy.com.

We collect only what is necessary to run your subscription:

• Account: name, email, phone, company name and license number
• Billing: billing address, tax ID and invoice history. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers
• Usage: IP address, browser, operating system, access logs and actions taken in the panel
• Support: the messages you send us and our replies

We process your data to create and maintain your account, publish and keep your site online, charge the subscription and issue invoices, provide support, comply with legal and tax obligations, and tell you about changes to the service.

We do not sell your data and we do not use your portfolio — properties, photographs, texts — to advertise the platform without your authorization.

Processing is based on:

• Performance of a contract for everything the subscription requires
• Compliance with a legal obligation in tax and accounting records
• Legitimate interest in platform security, fraud prevention and aggregate usage analysis
• Consent for marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time

Running the platform requires infrastructure providers, each with access limited to what its job requires:

• Stripe — payment processing and invoices
• Google Cloud / Firebase — hosting, database and file storage
• Cloudflare — network, DNS and protection of custom domains

We may also share data with public bodies when required by law. We do not sell data to third parties and we do not use it for advertising profiling on external platforms.

The contacts who fill in a form on the site we publish for you are yours: you are the controller of that data and we act as a processor, storing and displaying it in your panel on your instruction. We do not use those contacts for our own purposes and we do not share them with other subscribers. The privacy policy shown on your site is the one your visitors read — this one governs your relationship with us.

Account data is kept while the subscription is active and for up to 5 years after it ends. Billing records follow the applicable legal term (10 years for tax purposes). Site content is deleted on request after cancellation, once the retention terms above no longer apply.

At any time, you may request: confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion and withdrawal of consent. Write to our DPO at dpo@realtorsfy.com — we answer within 15 calendar days.

We apply technical and organizational controls to protect your data — encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest, role-based access control, isolation between subscribers, audit logs and continuous team training.

On this address we use essential cookies (session, consent and the language you chose) and, with your permission, aggregate analytics cookies. You can change this at any time in our consent banner. This policy may be revised — the date of the last update is always at the top of this page, and substantial changes are communicated by email.

With analytics consent we also measure how our sales pages are used: pages opened, scroll depth, where the page was clicked, the path of the mouse pointer and which channel brought you here (campaign parameters or the referring site). Two random identifiers make this possible — one that dies with the browser tab and one that stays in your browser to tell a returning visit from a new one. Neither carries anything personal, and neither is linked to your account, email or payment. We never record what you type, and this data is deleted after 90 days. Clearing the site data in your browser, or withdrawing consent in the banner, ends it.
