Discretion and responsible data handling are pillars of our service. Here you'll find our compliance program and how to exercise your rights as a data subject.
Our commitment
Realtorsfy operates in line with the CCPA/CPRA (California Consumer Privacy Act / Privacy Rights Act) and equivalent international frameworks such as Brazil's LGPD. We treat your data with the same confidentiality we devote to your identity in the market.
Data Protection Officer (DPO)
Our privacy officer is responsible for ensuring CCPA/CPRA compliance and handling requests from data subjects and the ANPD.
Your rights as a data subject
The LGPD guarantees you:
- Confirmation that your data is being processed
- Access to the data we hold about you
- Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data
- Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data
- Portability of your data to another provider
- Deletion of data processed on the basis of consent
- Information about whom we share your data with
- Withdrawal of consent
How to exercise
The preferred channel is our Subject Portal, which organizes requests by type and keeps a transparent history of your requests. You may also write directly to dpo@realtorsfy.com.
We respond within 15 calendar days, as required by the CCPA/CPRA. In cases requiring further diligence, we will communicate the extended deadline in writing.
Security incidents
In the event of an incident that may pose relevant risk or harm to you, we will notify you within a reasonable time and take measures to mitigate the effects, per Art. 48 of the LGPD.
ANPD
You may always contact the National Data Protection Authority if you believe your rights have been disregarded. We encourage you to contact our DPO first — so we can resolve it faster.
