Do I need to know how to code?
No. Everything happens in the panel: adding properties, photos and choosing the template.
Can I switch templates after publishing?
Yes, as many times as you want. The template is a skin over the same data. Properties, text and photos stay intact, and the change applies to the whole site immediately.
Can I list properties for rent?
Yes. When you add a listing you mark it as a sale or a rental, and rent shows with its period — per month or per night. Visitors filter by sale or rental in the portfolio and in the map search, and Google reads the listing as a rental, not as a purchase price.
Will my properties sit on the same site as other agencies?
No. Every subscriber has their own address and their own database. Visitors see only your portfolio, with your brand.
How many properties can I add?
From 10 to 150 published listings, depending on the plan — and beyond that, Custom charges per listing, with no ceiling. Drafts don't take a slot. Moving up a plan is one click, with the difference prorated onto your next invoice.
What if I change my mind?
You have 7 days after payment to request a full refund from the panel itself, without talking to anyone. The money goes back to the same card.
What happens if my payment is late?
Your site stays online for 7 days, and we e-mail you before and during that window. After that it goes offline, but nothing is deleted: listings, photos and contacts are kept for 12 months and come back intact when you reactivate.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on every plan. You point your own domain straight from the panel: one CNAME at your registrar and the certificate is issued automatically. Your youragency.realtorsfy.com address keeps working.
