Do I need to know how to code?
No. Everything happens in the panel: adding properties, photos and choosing the template. No step asks for code.
Can I switch templates after publishing?
Yes, as many times as you want. The template is a skin over the same data. Properties, text and photos stay intact, and the change applies to the whole site immediately.
Will my properties sit on the same site as other agencies?
No. Every subscriber has their own address and their own database. Visitors see only your portfolio, with your brand.
How many properties can I add?
It depends on the plan: from 5 published listings up to 150. Drafts do not count: only what is live takes a slot. Hit the ceiling and moving up a plan is one click, with the difference prorated onto your next invoice.
What if I change my mind?
You have 7 days after payment to request a full refund from the panel itself, without talking to anyone. The money goes back to the same card.
What happens if my payment is late?
Your site stays online for 7 days past the due date. We e-mail you before and during that window. After the grace period the site goes offline, but nothing is deleted: listings, photos and contacts are kept for 12 months and come back intact when you reactivate.
Can I use my own domain?
Today the site is published at youragency.realtorsfy.com, with SSL included. Custom domains are handled case by case by support.
