Realtorsfy Imóveis Ltda. (CNPJ 00.000.000/0001-00), headquartered at Av. Brigadeiro Faria Lima, 0000, São Paulo/SP, is the controller of the personal data collected through this website and its service channels.

We collect only what is necessary to provide a bespoke service:

• Identification: name, email, phone, city of interest
• Behavioral: properties visited, price range consulted, preferred regions
• Technical: IP address, browser, operating system, cookie data
• Transactional: contracts, receipts and documents required by law in sale transactions

We process your data to present properties that match your profile, schedule visits, conduct purchase transactions, comply with legal and tax obligations, and send institutional communications when authorized.

We never share your identity with owners without your express authorization.

Processing is based on:

• Consent for sending marketing communications
• Performance of a contract in real estate intermediation
• Compliance with a legal obligation in tax records and KYC
• Legitimate interest in aggregate site-usage analysis and fraud prevention

Your data may be shared with: notary offices and public bodies to register transactions; partner financial institutions when structured financing is involved; lawyers, accountants and tax advisors involved in your transaction.

We do not sell data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising profiling on external platforms.

Contact data is kept for the duration of the relationship and for up to 5 years after it ends. Data from completed transactions follows the applicable legal term (10 years for tax purposes).

At any time, you may request: confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion and withdrawal of consent. Use the Subject Portal or write to our DPO.

We apply technical and organizational controls to protect your data — encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest, role-based access control, audit logs and continuous team training.
