Willow Creek Ranch

Working estate in the upper valley, farmed without interruption since 1890 and forty minutes from the crush pads of Oakville. The homestead was restored under heritage supervision: original heart-pine floors, twelve rooms and a porch that wraps the entire house. A spring-fed lake carries the property through the dry season and irrigates thirty hectares under certified organic vine. The licensed airstrip takes turboprops, and the helipad sits two hundred metres from the main house.

Hillcrest Residence

Contemporary residence by an award-winning studio, set on one of the quietest canyon-view streets in Bel Air. The plan is built around a courtyard: four board-formed concrete volumes arranged about an interior garden of native oak, laid out so that no living space depends on a drawn curtain. The private spa occupies a skylit lower level beside a climate-controlled cellar for twelve hundred bottles. A glass elevator serves all four floors, and the roof structure is already engineered for a helipad.

Oceanfront Retreat

Modern house with fifty metres of ocean frontage on the most sheltered stretch of Point Dume. The lot steps down to the sand in three terraces and the design follows that grade without felling a single native tree — a glulam structure on piles, raised to leave the natural drainage untouched. All five bedrooms open to the water. The guest bungalow stands separate, reached by its own path along the bluff, and the service building includes staff quarters.
